Pets and Service/ESA Animals:
Service animals trained to assist individuals with disabilities are always permitted, as long as all required documentation is completed and approved. No fees apply in these cases, but an animal application must be submitted with the housing application. Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside of the leased premises. All other pets are subject to the following steps in the application process. There is a two (2) pet maximum.
- Animal Rent: $30.00 per month per pet
- Animal Deposit: $250 Per Unit
- Animal Fee: $250 Per Unit – Non-Refundable
Please Note: Dogs on our restricted breed list include, but are not limited to, Chows, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Mastiff breeds, Rottweilers, St. Bernards, Staffordshire Terriers, Huskies, or any dog mixed with these breeds. Dogs confirmed as assistance or emotional support animals (ESA) are not subject to breed restrictions
Caged Animals:
No birds allowed; other caged pets must weigh less than 3lbs at adulthood. A $100 additional deposit is required, with a maximum of two (2) caged animals.
No Exotics: Spiders, piranhas, tarantulas, snakes, skunks, ferrets, raccoons, rabbits, squirrels, or similar pets are not allowed.
Aquariums: A maximum of one (1) filtered aquarium, not exceeding 10 gallons, is allowed. A $100 additional deposit and proof of renter's insurance listing the aquarium is required.
